1.  Can we have our car repaired in your shop even without insurance?

Yes of course. Actually walk in, phone in, and cash customers are most welcome since we do not anymore need  insurance documentations, just go straight  to the repair

Princeton Motor Center is accredited by numerous insurance companies and most of them the best, top, multinational and global insurance companies. To be accredited to an insurance company needs a lot of monitoring and quality. To be accredited by the best insurance companies, of course, the best insurance companies only choose the best shops. To remain their accredited shop for decades means we have been doing right for more than 3 decades.

3. How long does it take to finish the repair of the car?

Every car is our priority, We all know it is your baby and you need your car every day for your family and for work. Every damage has an equal amount of man-hours of repair. Having a photo of the accident  or having an actual inspection can help us calculate the number of days for your car to be finished

4. How secure is our vehicle in your shop?

We have 24-hour security,  alarms, CCTV cameras, and motion sensors.  Our walls are from floor to roof concrete sealed, Our shop facilities are insured. And when it comes to flood, the place is not just flood-free but “Ondoy proof”

5. What are your office and shop hours?

We are open from 8am to 5 pm Monday to Saturday. We know you are busy so we can extend our time to accommodate you beyond office hours per appointment and availability. Hope you understand since we also take into consideration the security of the office and the vehicles inside the shop.

6. Do your job have warranties?

Yes, we offer up to one year warranty.
